About the Consultancy Grant
|

This grant provides co-funding for the engagement of external consultants for governance and management consultancy projects.
What is Covered?
Consultancy projects by external consultants to improve key governance and management areas, for example, review on policies (covering regulatory compliance, internal controls, governance best practices).

Approved applications are co-funded for up to 80% of the supported costs or 80% of the actual expenditure, whichever is lower. Funding is capped at $100,000 per charity over 5 years (from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2017).
50% of the approved funding will be disbursed up-front, upon the signing of the VCF funding agreement. The remaining amount will be disbursed when the Final Evaluation Report has been received and evaluated by the VCF Secretariat.

Consultancy Grant Application Form

|
Charities may submit the Consultancy Grant application form with their preferred vendor’s quotation. For project costs exceeding $3,000, charities should submit 3 quotations of comparable scope.
All applications for Consultancy Grant should be submitted to the VCF Secretariat before the project commences to be eligible for funding.
