Who can Apply?

All exempt, registered charities and/ or Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) can apply for the VCF.

How to Apply?

Applications are accepted throughout the year. All applications should be submitted to the VCF Secretariat before the commencement of training courses or project to be eligible for funding.   Approval of applications is subject to applicants' submission of their latest Annual Report, Financial Statements and Governance Evaluation Checklist on Charity Portal.   Interested Charities/ IPCs can download the respective application form and submit the completed form with original signatures via post to:   VCF Secretariat Capability & Community Funding Department Resource Allocation Division National Council of Social Service 170 Ghim Moh Road #01-02, NCSS Centre Singapore 279621
