About the Shared Services Grant
 
This grant provides co-funding for charities which outsource their finance and accounting functions to iServe. iServe which stands for Integrated Shared-services for Excellence, is a Shared Services Programme delivering finance, accounting, payroll and procurement shared services for the charity
sector.

What is Covered?
 
The following financial services are provided:
 
  •   Accounts Payable
  •   Accounts Receivable
  •   Asset Management
  •   Journal Adjustment
  •   Financial & Management Reports
  •   Audit Management
  •   Procurement (optional)
  •   Payroll (optional)
  •  
     
     
     
    Funding Quantum
     
    Approved applications are co-funded up to the quantum specified herein:

      Funding Period Funding Quantum Capped at
    Finance and Accounting Shared Services provided by iServe    1 Oct 2011 to
    30 Sep 2012
    Up to 25% of Monthly Charge $100,000 per charity over 3 years (1 Oct 2009 to 30 Sep 2012)
    Finance and Accounting Shared Services From 1 Oct 2012 Up to 25% of Monthly Charge for 2 years $100,000 per charity over 2 years
     
    Funding will be disbursed upon VCF Secretariat's receipt of the reimbursement claim by
    charities, supported with the certified true copy of the vendor's invoice.
     
    Shared Services Grant Application Form
     
    Charities should submit the Shared Services Grant application form to the VCF Secretariat at
    least 1 month before the service commences to be eligible for funding.
