This section is to assist you to enquire Governance Evaluation for Charity/IPC.
- Click on [Governance Evaluation Checklist] on the Charity Portal homepage.
- The introduction page on the Governance Evaluation Checklist will be displayed as shown below.
- Click on [Proceed to Submit Checklist] as shown above on the introduction page, or proceed to the Charity Portal homepage to login via [SingPass Login for existing Charity/IPC].
- After SingPass login is successful, expand the Governance Evaluation Checklist Menu on the left hand panel and click on [Submit].
The following screen is displayed.
- To search for your organisation's record, enter any of the search criteria and click on the [Proceed] button.
- Click on the relevant Evaluation Period in the Search Result(s) section to proceed to view the checklist.
- a) Click on the [Back] button to return to the search page.
b) Click on the [Print] button, to proceed to print the checklist.
