Mr Dickson Lim leads the Philanthropy Advisory team at Temasek Trust. He joined Temasek Trust in 2024 to establish Temasek Trust Foundation Advisors as the philanthropy advisory arm of Temasek Trust. He is a seasoned and trusted Senior Philanthropy Advisor to prominent philanthropists, as well as corporate and global foundations focusing on Asia, contributing high-impact strategies and collaborative partnerships to catalyse systemic change.

After a decade in engineering, where he developed strategic investments and exclusive distributorships for semiconductor manufacturing equipment across Asia, Dickson spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles and subsequently as an advisor to leading nonprofit organisations in the social service, healthcare, and education sectors.

Dickson serves on the boards of Wealth Management Institute and Covenant Evangelical Free Church. As a senior practitioner of charity governance, Dickson served on the panel of judges for Singapore's Charity Governance Awards. He also volunteers regularly to train and mentor charity fundraisers across Asia in strategic fundraising.
