Ms Tammie Tham

Tammie is the Group CEO of Ensign Infosecurity (Ensign). Prior to Ensign, Tammie founded Accel Technologies, a company that specialised in cyber security systems integration. In 2017, Accel was acquired by StarHub Ltd and later folded into Ensign. Tammie also held leadership position in companies like BT Frontline and IBM.

Tammie has been serving on the Board of the Singapore Institute of Technology, MediaCorp Pte Ltd, and iFAST Corporation Ltd. Tammie also serves as a member on the Personal Data Protection Commission’s Data Protection Advisory Committee (DPAC) and an Advisor to the Association of Information Security Professionals. It is an independent cybersecurity association that believes in developing, supporting as well as enhancing industry technical competence and management expertise to promote the integrity, status, and interests of Information Security Professionals in Singapore.

She also volunteers with NTU’s Strategic Centre for Research in Privacy-Preserving Technologies and Systems (SCRIPTS). SCRIPTS is a multi-disciplinary research centre that focuses on research, development, application, and transition of technology towards scalable and customised privacy-preserving technologies that are aligned with the national priorities of Singapore. She is on the Singapore Standards Council (SSC)’s Coordinating Committee for Cybersecurity (CCCY). Tammie is the Co-chair of the Cyber Security Agency’s Cyber Security Awareness Alliance, which aims to enhance awareness, and promote adoption of essential cybersecurity practices.
