Ms Theresa Goh is the Managing Founder of 360 Dynamics for over 25 years. She started work-life with IBM and went on to establish boutique businesses working with clients on organizational development, leadership acquisition, development, and executive coaching. What she has created and delivered to the private sector; she cheerfully contributes to the charity sector.
She was heavily involved in CNPL (The Centre for Non-Profit Leadership) startup, where she later became Board member and Chairperson. She is a Fellow and Governing Council Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, where she chairs the Nominating and Remuneration Chapter. She is the Immediate Past Chairperson of SATA CommHealth and a board member with the Agency for Integrated Care and the National Council of Social Service. Theresa is passionate about bringing together leaders from the Public, For-Profit, Non-Profit, and People sectors to create collective impact. She has authored a 2021 book ‘Leading for Good’ to guide leaders to define their innate purpose for doing good and to do the right things.
